Application form may be obtained from the college office during working hours
OR
  • Download the application form (Click here to download) & take a printout of the same.
  • Fill up the necessary credentials of the form as per the instructions mentioned in it.
  • A payment of rupees 200 is to be made towards application fee through online transaction or Demand Draft.
  • In case of online transaction, print out of Screenshot having UTR/UPI number of payment, application form & necessary documents to the College address.
  • In case of payment through Demand Draft in favour of -Principal, MMK & SDM Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Mysuru, send the DD along with the application form & necessary documents to the college address.
